With our original development of flex space buildings, Anderson Properties has entered into the important sectors of retail and class A office space. Over our tenure in the industry Anderson Properties has constructed and managed over one million square feet of commercial real estate to date. Locally owned and operated by the Anderson family, the pride of ownership of our properties shows every day.


Your Space    Your space or building need will be designed / built by our staff and select subcontractors. From a blank sheet of paper, through your lease term, the Anderson Properties experience will never stop. Our in-house construction staff will construct your space to keep costs at our proposed allowances. Thus, you will incur less tenant improvement costs to make this change for your business more economical.
Service    Our friendly on site maintenance staff will be available for any issues that may arise. We do not employ a third party property manager so your contact throughout your lease will be directly with the Anderson Properties staff. Close attention to our client's needs, and valued relationships have allowed Anderson Properties to keep some of the lowest vacancy rates in the area.
